Take the appropriate amount of this product and spread evenly on the skin

Apply to skin evenly and generously before exposure to the sun, especially after swimming or sweating, Avoid sun exposure, during peak irradiation hours.

Reapply your organic sunscreen every two hours; however, this can be a difficult + inconvenient habit to build. Try using a solid SPF 50 product (longer protection) 

Wearing a hat + Sunglasses when outdoors, and making a note to reapply your sunscreen before going outside.

Always carry our sunscreen in your bag or car will help to solidify this habit.

External use. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children. Stop use, and ask a doctor if rash occurs. If swollen, get medical help. After swimming or sweating reapply immediately after towel drying. Apply liberally 15 minutes prior to sun exposure.   

Avoid exposure to high temperature and sun beams directly. If possible, keep it in the refrigerator.
